Trying to return an item and it’s saying that the order number can not be found
I have been trying to contact Chi Chi London because I want to return an item from my order. The number is saying that I have dialled an incorrect numberI have also emailed but no response back !
Their portal for returns is saying that it doesn’t recognise my order number which I have tried so many times. So at the moment I don’t know what to do
It's saying that I have dialed an incorrect number when I try to call them. Basically, the number isn't correct.

I am still waiting on Refunds for £54.60, £13.40, £33.80, £31.20.
I received the emails on 26th March that the refund will be processed.
It has been over a month now.
Can you check why I haven't received the other refunds until now?

Can’t open portal to return my clothing
Use credit card for payment then you can raise issues with them if not resolved. Hi chi London recently received my return eventually and are now processing my refund. Will keep you updated!
Not phone call, replied by Email asking me for ℹ and to return parcel via post to the address they gave me. Hopefully will get a refund!! Will let you know.
